TeleServ Asia's Implementation of URATEIT's Management Performance Survey

Agents of TeleServe Asia (Philippine branch) were given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding their experience on the company’s management through URATEIT’s Survey Solutions’ Management Performance Survey. Through its comprehensive dashboard, supervisors and managers oversee their employees’ feedback regarding them and their management such as their attitude towards their employees, how effective their managerial and leadership abilities are and how they handle their people. The survey was conducted to know if the employees are under effective management. The employees were asked important matters such as what improvements they think need to be made and how comfortable they are with the management. Basically, the survey became an effective communication between the management team and employees. The feedbacks they gathered helped them to strategize their management approach by incorporating what they learned through the survey.
