The forum on Human Resource Management and Organization Development for Licensed Recruitment Agencies organized by the Lilac Center for Public Interest, Inc. achieved a successful conclusion. With the theme of “Bad Hire, Good Hire, New Hire”, the said forum was attended by individuals expert in their own fields and discussed relevant and useful knowledge in providing international global standards and sharpening the procedures in hiring overseas workers.
As one of the event partners, URATEIT Software Solutions once again provided an online and on-site registration for the convenience of the attendees.
Also, digital survey installed in tablets and kiosks were used at the event to gather feedback from the attendees regarding their experience attending the forum, which aims to measure different aspects of the event and help the organizers formulate new ideas for the betterment of their future forums.
